Our Story
Curry Up Now started in 2009 with a single food truck in the San Francisco Bay Area. Akash Kapoor wanted to do one thing: make Indian food approachable without dumbing it down. Tikka masala in a burrito. Samosas deconstructed on a plate. Naan turned into pizza.
Today we have locations across California, Texas, Georgia, North Carolina, and Alabama. Coming soon to Smyrna, TN and Seattle, WA.
San Mateo opened in the heart of downtown, surrounded by a vibrant mix of restaurants, shops, and local businesses. With its walkable streets and strong community feel, it quickly became a go-to for both weekday lunches and casual dinners.
